Your peace of mind is important to us. If the intended recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our drivers will:

If no neighbour is available, the driver will seek a safe, weather-protected place on the property (such as a porch or secure patio) and leave a note with details of the location.
As a last resort, the flowers will be returned to our shop, and we will reach out to the sender directly to arrange a convenient re-delivery time or collection from our Camberwell store. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
